Complex, deep and evolved on the nose with a great salinity on the palate.

Concord grape, green apple, artichoke, celery salt, and Garam masala. Weird as hell. I’d like some more.

Such a precise and beautifully textured wine. Star wine.

Bone dry and nutty

May as well be Sherry. Awesome.

So fresh, so oxidized, but so pure. Flavors of lemon, baked apple, really complex earth (soil, minerals, etc) and a finish of roasted cashews.

Ghost face killa

Nose smelled of hard apple cider and grappa with slight stone fruit qualities. Tart, high acidity.

Manzanilla + apple blossoms. Late fall, sodden leaves, turmeric & marigolds. Yellow apples + curry + tea leaves. Smoked yellow spice.
