Very good non-champagne value bubbles from the Jura. Wonderful nose of lemon curd, green apple, buttercream frosting, yeast and ocean minerals on the palate. Fine bead. Very good. A little more acid and this would be great.

Medium-small bubbles. Clean yet creamy texture. Cheese rind, chalky minerality.

Green apples, Apple skin, crisp minerality and chalk. On the palate there is vanilla bean and crushed flintstone vitamins. Medium acid. Not as oxidized as one would expect.

Extreme example of brioche, and buttery croissant aromas. Great minerality and drive. Discouraged in 2011. Very minimal dosage with fine, pleasant bubbles. The price is extremely fair for an upcoming, hip region.
