Bright pale magenta. Nose is all summer fruits; watermelon, plum/apricot. High acid, medium minus body, dry, balanced/low alc. Good with a clear the fridge fried rice after a week away from home.

Hints of sea spume and salmon berries on the nose. Notes of strawberry, anise and melon are all pleasing and refreshing. Makes me want to drink it with oysters. Mmmm...

Lively and acidic. Dried strawberries with subtle tropical notes, but bone dry and mineral driven. Much more zest than your average Provence rosé. Maybe my first pink Alpine wine? Great!
