Very crisp and refreshing with a nice clean mineral finish. None of the usual bready yeasty vanilla bullshjt you have to wade through with so much Chardonnay these days. A keeper for summer afternoons. Would pair well with fish tacos or a chicken salad.

A great Chardonnay! It could make a Chardonnay drinker out of me. Wonderful floral aromas. Flavors of peach, honeysuckle and apple blossom.

A light straw color with a greenish cast. This is a clean stony Chardonnay with a slight hint of oxidation in the nose. It has a big malic green acid acidity of the kind that I like but this acidity overwhelms the Chardonnay fruit.

Light and crisp, which is my preference to the buttery chards I need to slice with a knife. But I hope when my scallops come that this holds up! I would drink this all summer (and fall, and winter).
