What was once a beautiful acid focused wine has given way to a flabby disappointment. Had this almost exactly 4 years ago and the transformation led to an ugly duckling instead of a beautiful swan.

2007 vintage...still almost seems young for Jura. Laser bright acidity but soft burned sugar and fig to finish. Perfect match for my pan seared and roasted chicken. Could likely have gone a few years more.
