Firm acidity, chewy & dusty tannins, tart raspberry for a light to medium body good match with Beef bourguignon

Big classic Gamay nose with spice and mineral notes. Light plum and earthy raspberry on the palate, high acid, med+ tannin, lot of horsepower for not even Villages level. Reminds me of Morgon.

2011. Ripe cherry, some high-toned floral notes. Well integrated, feminine Beaujolais. Aromatic notes repeated on finish. Pretty with Georgia Gouda.

Very light and very drinkable. Great value!

Decent acidity. Red, red cherry and raspberry nose. Deeper cherry (black cherry?) and raspberry/blackberry flavors. Fruity but with depth. A little peppery. Good with a fresh, creamy cheese. Pleasant. #beaujolais #gamay
