A big, rich, fatty Poulsard that’s both utterly typical and not plagued with the weedy reduction that can dampen the immediate enjoyment of these wines. Almost modern and Burgundian aromas and flavors of dark cherry, black tea and incense, which has to be a function of the warm, dry 2018 growing season. An excellent, affordable gateway Jura red for those who may have a little trepidation.

Earthy funk, licorice, spearmint, tea leaves, clove bud, red and black cherries. Bright acidity, light body.

There’s just something about this one! Super pretty aromatics with a touch of funk. Cherries, raspberries, flowers, some spice, and some Brett. Light as a feather and pairs with just about anything. This is a wine I’d love to have in bulk.

A very light bodied and pale red wine.
Nose of raspberry, sour cherries, spices and herbs.
Very unique red wine that should serve slightly chilled.

Beautiful color!!! Raspberries, pomegranate, bright cherry, great acidity. What's not to love?

Loved this on day one: funky, sour cherry, vegetal. Popped it in the fridge and didn't try again for a couple days–unfortunately mouse had taken over

Poulsard Pinte Bien 2011: cherry cola bottles, earthy, stalky, marzipan cherry. Very light garnet. Soft meaty notes, like verenese ham. Soft, smooth. 87 on the 2011 as its a largest harvest. Aged in Foudres. Retaste: soft, smooth, slightly funky natural finish to it.
