Trousseau 2013: always sells out. Light ruby. Brightly fruity, red cherry, plum, mineral and light spice. Good acidity, fresh, juicy, clean red cherry, soft gentle mineral. Aged in Demi-Muids (5-6 Hl). 89+

Едва заметный рассольный тон, черешня, калина, сухая малина, чай, порох, чёрный перец, фисташки, ароматные травы. Средне-легкое тело, с сочной кислотностью и едва заметными суховатыми танинами. Несложно, живо, легко и подвижно. Быстро очаровывает и непринужденно пьётся.

Zoom! Yum! Strawberry, cranberry and tart cherry with layers of mint and sage and floral notes. Nice minerality tartness and medium plus acidity finish.
