Savignin Ouille 2007: bottled in 2013. Lovely freshness marked with a toasty, roasted chestnut note. Notes of vanilla and coconut, lightly Vin Jaune in style. Very complex, fresh layered, lots of length. Like an elegant Ch Chalon, with marked freshness. Wonderful. 94
