Zipppppyyy. On the nose, candied lemon peel and very slight oxidation. In the mouth, almonds, minerals, beeswax and lemons. Very high acid (hence the "zip"), brings the nuttiness forward on the medium-long finish. Great with salted nuts and Comté.

A bit confused. Is this premOx? It definitely tastes much more oxidized than when I tried it in Jura in 2013. Storage has been optimal, and I brought this back in my carry-on. Disappointed.
