Same as it ever was: salty, mineral, citric. More complete than some past vintages, with an almost exotic undertone that I can’t pin down. No wonder the natty set always claims this as one of their own.

Crystalline, fresh & clean. Herbal tea on the nose with light citrus aromatics. Dry as they come with mineral & earth underpinning the bright acid. Not super complex, but doesn’t need to be.
