Medium light body. Red fruits, herbs and stone on the nose. Low acidity and tannins. Timid res fruits on the mouth with green pepper and herbs and bitterness. Opened up after some time and paired with lean beef and vegetables which transformed the wine making it juicer, rounder and more open.

Crú Flight N° 12: Tour De France 1 - 100% #cabernetfranc , big whiff of forest floor, violet, subtle dark berries, soft mouthfeel and tannins. This was actually my favorite of the flight of three though it was first because it was the most interesting.
