Chinon Chenin Blanc

Wonderful Chenin blanc from my wine club. Perfect with whole grilled snapper and so refreshing on a hot Georgia summer day!

I love aged Chenin Blanc. It's mineraly, saline, deep golden in colour. Never tried from this producer nor from Chinon.

Let's pack the lanolin, beeswax, pear and chalk up in a big bowl and smoke this shit! #cheninagins

16.5/20 (90/100) Элегантное и утонченное, но не слишком сложное вино с букетом ароматов яблочных леденцов, мёда и липового цвета. Умеренная тельность и довольно высокая кислотность. Во вкусе абрикосы, яблочный конфитюр, мёд и намёк на грибы. Весьма достойный выдержанный шенен.
