Wines from last night’s dinner (impressionistic memory notes).

This was surprisingly Burgundian and subtle. Fragrant sappy cherry, very nice wet gravel scents, silky-textuded and medium bodied (only 12.5%!).

True Pinot color- pale to medium Ruby and a gloriously expressive nose of forest floor, raspberry, violet and dried orange peel. Bracing acidity in perfect balance with the fruit and light tannins. Light oak notes give the wives great finesse. A wonderful wine on its own or with food.

Burst of red fruit, good acidity, whole cluster lends depth. Ready to go. Very tasty and refreshing.

Excellent. Raspberry, strawberry, & wet earth on the nose with prominent cranberry on the palate. Light, smooth, more Burgundy than Cali. Delicious wine with roast salmon, kale and potatoes.

First time noticing the difference after aerating a wine, would not spend the money on this wine (won it in a wine pull)

Gave this another shot. Not in love with the style. Funky salinity on the nose upon opening. Light bodied. Easy to drink
