Beautiful depth and finesse. Definitely some brett but it actually seemed to recede a bit with air. Raspberry jam, green peppercorn, tobacco leaf and bitter chocolate with an earthy graphite note on the back that brings to mind gravel and river rocks.

Wonderfully pungent floral nose, bit like strolling into a garden center, geraniums and fresh soil but then also very rich notes of black cherry compote and dark mint chocolate. There's also something there that reminds me of walking into a big old church, incense and old wooden benches. Lots going on here, may not be to everyone's taste but showing great complexity. Love it! Completely rounded palate, silly mouthfeel with inky black fruit and a savoury finish, very alive and pure.

Super earthy, dirty like the Delta blues. High tones of leather and wet leaves. Good palette punch, brilliant pure berry-branch fruit. The zippy fine tannins give it a long delicious finish. This one can take a bow.
