Light, spicy and so well structured. Fairly austere for its category but will evolve with time. Subtle red fruit is still hidden, leads with mineral backbone and light grippy tannins. Would love to hold for a while

Cherry, a hint of Raspberry, a bit of hay and an earthy too. The palate is well done and rather showing itself on younger day today. Bright cherry on the palate, a nice velvetty touch, no tannins and a finish with cherry and hay. Wonderful

Had on pizza night. First time breaking in the uni. Young, medium body, deep color, refreshing, medium high acid, cassis. Semi carbonic method adds body and keeps it refreshing
