Surprisingly delicious biodynamic Minervois from the local grocery store. Good value at ¥1800 (~$16). Inky, slightly effervescent, medium-full body. Low sulfites places this in natural wine category. Drink now!

Wow- really great! Meaty and tobacco balanced with some red fruits- plum? Vegetal on the nose, lavender and fennel maybe. Tannins still give nice body but not overly strong or big. Also some cooking spices. Killer value at $8 when our friend wise bought from garagist and cellared. TY!!
