Very elegant, with seamless stony, saline minerality. What really stands out though is the smooth texture. Lithe. Almost weightless.

Crisp light balanced tannins, notes of green apple. Once it's open and warms up a bit keeps a beautiful balance of acid and tannins but gets more buttery with temperature. Sorry killer with cheese and nuts. It's a great food wine. Totally worth every penny and more. All in all great bang for your bucks
