Grapes sourced from three different villages, organic vineyards in Savigny-lès-Beaune: Les Planchots, Aux Champs des Pruniers and Dessus de Vermots. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits adding wafts of smoky notes. On the palate flavors of apple, lemon citrus and oaky notes, well balanced with acidity. Long finish, nice mouthfeel ending with crisp fruit, mineral and smoky yeasty character. Very nice, will age well!

A classic French white burgundy that was unequivocally one of the best Chardonnay we’ve had all year. It didn’t make up for shelter in place but pretty close. Ripe yellow Apple balanced with acidity plus interest from fresh oak. Very nice for 9 years on it. Developed but still vibrant, especially nice at a closeout price of $30

Unctuous and delicious classic village level Bourgogne. Notes of Apple, pear, cream, white flowers. On the palate notes of cheese rind, brioche, mushrooms. Very umani. ❤
