High acidity, medium body, acetone smell stronger than anything else but not strong in itself, tastes like sharp overripe pairs, went well with char siu pork, but the acidity really overwhelmed any of the other flavors trying to come through. Not much lactic acid, no cheesy after taste, but there is a gentle mellowness afterwards. $30 from Red & White Wines in Chicago

Superb nose with green apple, wax, pear, a tiny touch of honey and a tiny bit of reduction at first, that went away after a short while in the glass. The palate is very precise with a laser beam acid drive, some matter and a nice mouthfeel, apple and pear notes, and a long, clean and fresh finish with the same fruit notes. I had it along a nice scampi ravioles dish in fish espuma and it was a perfect pairing.

Sweeter side, pineapple, honey, and flowers on the nose, clean finish, pairs very well with soft cheeses, very drinkable

This wine is why I like this grape such a beautiful expression dry, wooly, citrus custard, and tons of minerality
