Great development. Had the 12 a few years ago and it was rocking. This has calmed down a bit. Way more tertiary with dried red fruits, mushrooms, fall leaves and hints of menthol. Drink up.

Very 'vosne'. Tons of baking spice on the nose. Deep dense fruit. Soft and perfumed. Ripe in fact as well. Very 'made' wine but still has lots of character

One of a flight of five 2009 Premier Cru Vosne Romanee .Terroir and winemaking do make a difference. Hard to choose but definite differences . All fine wines. And all from just two vineyards.

Delicious deep flavor. Red, kirschlike aroma coupled with clove and earth. Spicy and rich on the palate. Meaty and dark fruit. Pemmican. Really good wine that still has time left but I'd go ahead and drink now.
