Meh….a lot of hype, but this is pedestrian. An infusion wine.

48$. Natural Wine. Whole cluster, semi-carbonic, nothing added nor removed, and hand-bottled following aging in neutral oak. Turbid, funky barnyard‘ish nose. Lots of plums/plum juice. Cherry. Very very tasty and drinkable. But just a different type of wine not comparable to typical Pinots. 11.5%. Feels more like a juice than a wine. Really lovely for what it is but for 48$‘s?
