Tasting even better with some age. Dark cherries, baking spice, so2, with some earth, stone, dried herbs, as it is exposed to air there’s more vegetable and dark fruits. Really interesting.

May 14th, 2020Excellent Pinot. Much more extracted than the 2016 vintage I had previously. Game, wild berries, cherry pits, some forest, but ultimately dark tart fruit with rocks. Very nice mouthfeel. Looking forward to seeing the evolution of this one.

Apr 4th, 2020Really lovely with stone, cherries, funk, herbs. The mouthfeel is so nice. The finish lingers with strawberries and the slightest hint of balsamic. I really dig this one.
