Ah, the famed white #burgundy #bourgogneblanc . It was the first fine white wine I can remember drinking and still my favorite. This is a fantastic #chablis example - just vary serving temperature to explore the layers of flavor. Honeysuckle, spring fields aroma and crisp minerality - tastes like it smells and a long finish.
