Vintage 2017 / Néw cuvee from Bordeaux blend #cabernetsauvignon #merlot #petitverdot with IGP #paysdoc while domaine Coudoulet is in Minervois. Six months barrel aging is reflected in a wine with strong cassis smell and spicyness. Character in taste. I served the wine straight from the fridge, the fruit is extra accentuated. Very good effort.
