 Both rustic and interesting . Forest floor, some funky earth notes, mushroom, cherry. Good acid hanging on, tannins are soft but present. Strawberry hangs on for quite a while with a great long lasting finish. 13%

Very expressive nose of flowers, dark fruit, some dark cherry jam, spices and peppery. The palate is medium bodied plus, spices and earthy notes with coarse tannins that open up and soften up with air and becomes quite good.

Nez très exhubérant, floral, fruits noirs, confitures, épices et poivre. Une bouche de corps moyen plus, des tannins un peu asséchants, des notes terreuse et épicées en bouche, avec un peu d’air, le vin s’ouvre et s’adoucit un peu, fort bon. 90-91

Unexpected beauty, balance of dark, brambly fruit with stony earth an a tad of sappy sweet. Light tannins framed it all out. Nice! Even for Francophones, in NA "Crap-a-lot" has to be a tough name to market, no? Kudos to #bouillonbilk
