Very expressive nose of flowers, dark fruit, some dark cherry jam, spices and peppery. The palate is medium bodied plus, spices and earthy notes with coarse tannins that open up and soften up with air and becomes quite good.

Unexpected beauty, balance of dark, brambly fruit with stony earth an a tad of sappy sweet. Light tannins framed it all out. Nice! Even for Francophones, in NA "Crap-a-lot" has to be a tough name to market, no? Kudos to #bouillonbilk
