This is special. Beautifully rounded and lifted. A haunting nose with soft black cherry, rose petals, dried fruit- soft and supple and hard to place but really complex and constantly revealing. On the palate the fruit is totally resolved, light and long. A great bottle. Clearly de Vogue just needs LOTS of age!

Oct 10th, 2026A brooding, intense nose. Dark red fruit, a bit of oak, intense violets and earthy fruit. Tight and masculine next to the Mugnier, but lovely stuff.

With a one hour decant (please do not comment with burgundies should not be decanted) it’s an amazing wine. Very elegant with sweet fruit notes but also some stems. Supremely elegant.
