Blend of local Corsican grapes, which Vermentino was the only one I was familiar with. Tawny gold, ripe yellow fruits, saline freshness, intense concentration and a bit of roundness from lees aging, evocative of scrubby coastal landscapes. Like a good diplomat, an endearing, versatile and fascinating companion to any Mediterranean cuisine

2011. Reminiscent of grand gru Chablis. Beautiful precision & depth of flavor.

Imagine the best Vermentino blend you have ever tasted. This one is better.

Tropical and herbaceous notes on the palate. Great minerality. A certain oiliness on the palate. Nutty finish.

Just lovely citrus white wine. Not an orange wine at all, but instead, gold in color with just a hint of citrus or citric acid. A crisp acid finish. Delicious and perfect with chicken tacos. Unique and worth tasting Biancu Gentile blend. Buy it if you can find it. As fresh as if it were made last year despite a needed 12 years of age.
