On the nose it smelled good but a little thin. Was expecting more reduction but it wasn’t crazy. Palate felt diluted upon contact but had a very nicely balanced acidity, texture, and flavor that had persistence.

not your typical bottle of Coche-Dury. due to difficult vintage, there is Maconnais in this which explains the lack of complexity, lack of color.
