We had the 2021 Vintage on 9/17-18/23. We bought a half bottle at the winery in France. It is a good, but unspectacular Sauvignon Blanc. Pale yellow in color, acidic with tastes of grapefruit.

Sep 17th, 2023I have totally forgotten about white Bordeaux. Just so many wine regions out there. Jumping in and enjoying them this weekend. This on still has those flinty characteristic that I tasted the other day. Enjoyable.

Apr 21st, 2021Dinner at Harvest...always superb. This is a very nice drinking white Bordeaux blend. The Semillon helps tame the grapefruit and grassiness if the Sauvignon Blanc. Very nice melon with a touch of tropical fruit. Very well balanced.
