Beautiful Cru Beaujolais. Wet stone, faint smoke and deep red fruits on the nose with a whiff of freshly picked red roses. The palette confirmed red fruits and minerality, but with a ripe plum/plum skin tartness. Fine grained tannins and medium acidity. A relatively complex and easy drinking wine that paired well with a roasted Spring leg of lamb.
