Hello everyone. I have opened and am enjoying the 2019 Domaine Cherrier Pére et Fils Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc.
Onnthe nose there is grapefruit, lemon/lime, green apple, white flowers, good minerality and wet concrete.
On the palate there is lime, green apple, white peach, a bit of salinity, minerality and wet rocks.
The wine is medium bodied very good balance with medium + acidity and a long clean fresh mineral finish. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
