Pretty but starting to show some softness. Not short but not vigorous.

16/20 (89/100) Аромат вишни, спелого яблока и ванили с легкой травянистой нотой. Легкое с высокой кислотностью и шелковистыми танинами. Кислые лесные ягоды и яблоко во вкусе. Неплохо.

2011 vintage. Clos des Rosiers Monopole. How odd: this tiny monopole a stone's throw from Clos des Lambreys, is not even Premier Cru, although when the vines reach their 18th year this might change. The Clos, which incorporates a flower garden, watering-hole for ducks and chickens, along with Torpedo, the Domaine's faithful dog, produces an elegant silky approachable wine that punches above its lowly position on the AOC totem pole. For those looking for a bargain, it would be hard to find better as there's really no logical reason why this plot is inferior to the one over the other side of the wall.
