Surprisingly dry and mineral, low on butter, not your average Burgundy Chardonnay. Took a while to open…. But rewarding eventually.

Nov 27th, 2021We made 2 mistakes with this wine: drinking it too young and not giving it more time to air. A couple of hours decanting would have been ideal. The wine cannot be faulted for either of those! When it finally opened, a very nice treat indeed, after initial herbaceous impressions dissipated. Lovely wine really.
