Le Clos de Lys Morgon Gamay

No notes but definitely plenty of life

Muted & bland with an acetone note to it with very little fruit. Bummer especially since this is one of my favorites. Faulty bottle.

Lovely aged Morgon, redfruits and solid weight still (I’d guess because of the warmer 2009 vintage), nice balance, medrum-long finish, quite good (but time to drink up, IMHO).

Still very youthful frdfruit aromas and flavors, while it’s evident it’s a riper vintage, very complex, long finish, excellent.

My oldest Beauj - still vibrant at 10 years, finish just a little thin.
