Sweet ripened pear, orange blossom, apple and lime with hints of smoke and a bit of nuttiness. A lush, silky, smooth mouthfeel bursts mid-palate with vibrant acidity that melds into chalky minerality and a lovely, balanced finish. I'm drinking it with this farm to fork rustic creamy angel hair pasta made with a blended sauce of honey chèvre, olive oil, pepper, toasted walnuts, loads of arugula and chives. The rustic-ness of the pasta with the nutty, chalky minerality of the wine is heavenly.

Lots of lime on the nose, but then you are hit with honey, grilled peaches, grass and some petrol on the palate. Pretty versatile with food. Nice balance of citrus, minerality and stone fruits.
