Pale straw gold with fine bubbles and quickly dissipating mousse. Nose of sugarcane and crackers. Firm acidity on the rich palate of Meyer lemon and dark toast. Lengthy finish. Just what you want with brunch or a late night cheese plate.

An old Hewlett term for laying silver over hold. 60/40 Pinot noir Chardonnay, has a note of funky earthy leesy cheesy note to the bouquet. A good bit of sweetness, light creamy texture and pretty floral notes. Finish 35+ very good

Strawberry leaf, white peach, and lime zest. Rich, creamy, yeasty notes of grilled bread. Vanilla. Nice mouthfeel, well balanced. Drinking this on the verge of the autumnal equinox, for which it seemed perfect.
