elegant and age-worthy, still holds wonderful structure with elevated acid and balanced but evident use of oak, minerality over fruit

Very intense flavors. Rose petals, mushroom, red apple. Some wood. Needs some time to age

最初は典型的ムルソーからやや水々しいニュアンス。ただ、時間が経つと酸が強く軽い感じに。短時間で飲み切る必要があるかも。@The Winery JPY 9801

$130 @ Hank’s Seafood in Charleston; roughly $40 retail. Thoroughly enjoyed with scallops and other items.

Another Weygandts wine club selection gone well. Tough Delectable crowd, I rate it higher than the average. Crisp approach, lemon follow through, and long, long finish. Substantial body. Hm.

Good wine, but it didn't grab me. Might have needed more time

Great wine, but not worth the $40+ price tag. Great complexity, smokiness, florals, well balanced, medium bodied but lacking the sophistication and smoothness I was looking forward to. 2011 Vintage.

Very flinty and smoky. I think this would be ideal with stronger tasting fish. Went well with chicken pot pie.

A bit rich for fish, but tasty nonetheless
