Not as scintillating as the 2005 I had a few years ago, but very good.
Pale gold. Nose of custardy cherimoya, sweet cream, apple, tangerine/orange zest, walnut. Gains a lot of complexity with air/time open, so assuming a reductive barrel regime here. Well balanced and pretty long. Very good

This is an interesting one. Little to no acid. Some butterscotch. Almost a cinnamon candy flavor without the heat. I enjoy it but Keith is turning his lip up (as usual)
