Nice organic Croze, a little closed at first, but develops well during tasting. Floral notes and fruity first, mint-minhole herb touch in a second step, something between the mineral and the notes liquorice in the distance. Final a little frank but very correct overall. 3.7

Croze bio sympa, un peu fermé de prime abord, mais se développe bien en cours de dégustation. Notes florales et fruités d’abord, touche herbacée mentholé es dans un second temps, quelque chose entre le minéral et les notes reglissées dans le loin. Finale un peu franche mais très correct dans l’ensemble. 3,7

Black fruit , bacon wrapped in fruit jerky, violets tobacco and leather. Fine tannins with soft acidity that went well with Lamb neck

Nutty, mineral driven with peachy flavor! Very nice drinkable wine!
