Barrel sampling the 2015 vintage before it's released. Shocked by the balance and depth. Chalk, smoke, lime and marshmallow. Not usually a fan of Chablis but this wine opened my eyes! Buy this.

Not overly sulphured and barely reduced which is great. A nice drink but doesn't show too much distinction, this is what I am gathering about 2011 Chablis, though could be producer. Will look forward to trying other cuvées from this producer.
