This wine continued to change over the night. What was once movie theater popcorn, eventually started showing signs of caramel apple, lit match and an unexpected amount of minerality. A use of oak that puts cheap California imitations to shame.

Jul 29th, 2016What Chardonnay should taste like! Wonderful white burgundy with aromas of lemon and apple with hints of gravel. The palate is dense with hints of lemon, silky fruit and bright acidity. The weight of the creaminess helps balance this wine perfectly.
