Might be a tad young, but has the stuff to age well. Great vintage. Acid and mineral for days.

A wine I love, but was a little disappointed. Lacked verve. A wee bit sleepy. Still tasty

Much better than the normal Chablis with good depth and precision. Ripe apple & baked apple with some flowery notes and a touch of mushroom. Medium bodied with nice texture, the juicy acidity wound around a mineral core defines the wine, but is boosted by rich, tasty baked apple with a touch of vanilla butter.
This is quite serious and shows what Chablis is all about. Very, very nice.
