A nice dark straw yellow, leaning on the light side. The typical wet slate and citrus smells of Chablis. Maybe even a bit of golden apple. Bone dry and high acid, but not too tight. A lot spicier than I was expecting too! Quite complex and a good long finish to boot.

Hit it out of the park. Very complex and amazing depth of flavor. Green apple, beeswax, spices. Long finish
