Lemon zest, fresh cut apple, mandarin oranges, pleasant bit of creamsicle on the finish, balanced as can be. Fairly simple, but exactly what it’s supposed to be and quite good. Will be great with white beans, rice, and leeks!

organic, Auxerres, lean, mineral driven, high acid, aged on lee’s 8 months. lychee fruit. all tank. reminiscent of Alsace PGris.

Nov 30th, 20212018 vintage. Bernard Defaix is a great Chablis producer, but he makes an excellent Aligoté too. Refined nose with white peach, minerality and impeccable purity. Nicely concentrated peach fruit to balance the typically high Aligoté acidity. Crisp and clean, good length. Very good indeed.

Super pleasing. I like my wines not how I like my men...easy... but I also like em' uncomplicated. Wait...
