All the notes are correct for the 2014. An absurdly good wine! Especially with the fresh Yellowtail sashimi fresh from the boat. No formal notes sorry.

Bouche ample grasse avec une finale fraîche un peu exotique et beurrée ici encore l air transformé le vin avec de la fraîcheur et de la tension
