First bottle of this was off but this one made up for it. Juicy blackberry, dried herbs, peppercorn, tomato leaf, soil tones, fine grained tannins. No trace of brett. Brilliant cab franc, completely ready

A wine of great purity and finesse

Earthy/bretty for sure, but if you don't mind a little horsiness, this is really nice on the palate. Nice dark fruit and soft tannins.

From gravelly soil, somewhat coarser tannins. Pyrazines evident on the nose, dark fruit tinged with pepper and stony notes

From the Domaine itself to my table. All I can think is "purple." Purple flowers, purple herbs, purple fruit. Guess that makes this wine royaley delicious.

The perfect steak frites wine--I love this stuff. This is one of the bottles we picked up at the domaine last June.

Young but showing well. Will hold for quite a while. Get some air in it now.
