Underripe red fruits, earthy as all get out with some nice floral elements. Nice acid & just a *leetle* tannin.

Definitely made in style to other Cab Francs from Chinon. Lots of barnyard funk, green peppers and other herbs. Plenty of red fruits too that balance out the flavor.
