
Popped and poured; no formal notes. While I found this delicious and enjoyable out the gate, the 2019 “Le Clos Guillot” always felt like it was really holding its cards close to the chest. This continued for almost a week before it really started to show more of what it has to offer. If you have multiples, it might be fun to try one while it’s really fresh but the best will come after 2029.
