Is Baudry not the most under valued producer in the Loire? In the world? Not saying that he goes unrecognized, but I bought this gem for 8 Euro. So much asparagus and black soil mixed in with blue fruit. Has many years to go. Delicious today.

Licorice, spices (pepper), plum, strawberry jam, and a pinch of barnyard tones on the nose. The palate is very fruity. No tannins to speak of. Cherry, strawberry, a trace of vanilla. Long fruity finish. Very enjoyable

Manure on the nose. Light tannins. Starts with a bold flavor. Some barnyard in the aftertaste.
